Two Oxford Women,
Mona Noble and Marilyn Roach,
Received Advancements!

KUDOS to Mona Noble, for her promotion at Circulars Unlimited!
In the community, Mona Noble is a parent member of the Children's Coordinated Services Initiative Tier II Committee in Chenango County, and lives in Oxford with her husband Robert, son Taylor and daughter Brooke. She is a 20-year employee of Circulars Unlimited, a Norwich-based company, with the parent company being the Norwich & Sidney Pennysaver. Noble was promoted to the position of Circulars Unlimited's General Manager.
Jeanne Brightman, VP of Brightman Management, commented that Noble's outstanding contributions over her many years of service and her extensive knowledge of the business made her an excellent candidate. As general manager, she will now be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation of the company.

KUDOS to Marilyn Roach, for her advancement at the Sidney Federal Credit Union (SFCU)!
In the community, Marilyn Roach is a religious education teacher at St. Joseph's Church in Oxford; Board Member and Treasurer of the Cullman Center Day Care in Sidney, and has served as a member of the SFCU Supervisory Committee for the past four years. She and her husband, Mark, have lived in Oxford for 18 years. They have three children: Jessica, Chelsea, and Matthew. Marilyn has been employed at Mead/Westvaco for the past 7 years and currently holds the title of Director of Finance. Roach was recently appointed to the SFCU Board of Directors.
As a member of the SFCU Board of Directors, Marilyn is part of the elected government of the credit union. She, together with the other members of the Board, have been given the authority to set policies for the credit union, and are responsible to the members for the way these policies are carried out.
