Shop for Rent
Did you see, the Oxford Coffee House is out?
Someone with a boutique, clothing, food, interested in renting it? Maybe a nice bakery or a florist? It's such a great location, I hate to see it sit empty.

I still need a place for a thrift store until I can get answers about zoning on the building I want. But I'm not sure if the village will let me do that there.

Well, you could always call and find out if you could rent on a month-by-month basis. Then see "if the shoe fits."

And just saying as knowledge of the awning and how it is made, but the valance with the words can be replaced if you don't want a coffee house there.
