As of Oct. 2005, the new primary care provider is Gary Dubben, FNP. Gary comes to CMH from The Hospital in Sidney, where he worked as an RN and a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 30 years. He received his nursing education at Willard Psychiatric Center and his nurse practitioner training at Community General Hospital in Syracuse.
